Very pleasantly surprised by the service provided when we called rescue rooter --- and not for rooting out plugged toilet. They fixed the shower quickly, explained the problem, didn't try to get us to buy any unecessary new parts, and charged a reasonable rate. Don't know if it's just that we happened to get a particularly good person from their team, but we'll definitely use them again.
