Very knowledgeable and polite 11/11/2010

I had a sewer back up in Sept of 2010, i called rescue rooter, they send Dave.w (don't have his full last name) out. he quoted me a price for clearing the drain and video inspecting it, i felt it was a little high but he assured me it would give us the most information regarding my problem. so i said go for it, he was able to clear my line and upon a video inspection he found numerous problems with my drain that he informed me could cause future stoppages. he gave me a quote for a replacement and my wife and i decide to pass and see how long we could get by. he was not pushy what soever infact i think his word were something like should you have another backup give us a call and i will take care of it for free! anyways we did have another backup roughly about two months later again i called rescue and Dave was again our technician. he did indeed attempt to clear our line for free however this tome we were out of luck, we were forced to replace our drain. rescue rooter and Dave handled everything and never left us without a functioning shower or toilet! best of all we got a 10 year warranty with out purchase and a direct number for Dave should we ever have any problems! i don't know if it was just out luck getting Dave or not but we will definitely ise this company from now on and recommend them to our friends for all out plumbing needs! thanks again . more

Call Meticulous Plumbing Instead 6/29/2010

The plumber that came to my house was a nice guy, but I was quoted a price for a toilet repair that was over $1000 and entailed cutting pipes below my toilet. I called Meticulous Plumbing and they were able to repair my toilet without the cutting and hassle for not much more than $300. Pros: Friendly plumber Cons: Overpriced, uninformed more

From the person who answered the phone to the plumber who came to the house, everyone was very nice and professional. They also gave a free estimate before work was started so I could decide if the work was worth the price. more

Great service from a franchise? YES! 6/9/2002

Very pleasantly surprised by the service provided when we called rescue rooter --- and not for rooting out plugged toilet. They fixed the shower quickly, explained the problem, didn't try to get us to buy any unecessary new parts, and charged a reasonable rate. Don't know if it's just that we happened to get a particularly good person from their team, but we'll definitely use them again. Pros: Friendly, courteous., No 'add'l charges' more
