Vincent is definately a destination restaurant for me. I enjoy taking out of town guests there as well as catching a casual lunch. It's refined cuisine reminds me of Aquavit but much less pretentious. The architecture and extremely attentive servers have never left me wanting. I was especially taken with sous chef Matthias Maddux and the creative tasting items he created.
The best part - Vincent is reasonably priced. No Manny's or Oceanaire heart attacks here.
Pros: great martinis, good looking servers, creative food
Cons: liberal use of olives
