The Boiler Room has just finished its LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS run. It could be the most appropriate show to show off the Boilers talents. The show was carried by wonderful performers and supported by musicians that have never sounded better. And this time, the boiler room itself plays a part. The curtains have been removed leaving brick wall to drop the audience right into skid row. All of the performers were solid, but two deserve special mention: Jeremy John Evans Seymour is less a comic book interpretation and in the intimate boiler room, works like a charm. Erin Parker (wonderful in Boilers BABY) gives a comic turn and vocal belt to knock your socks off. Their SUDDENLY SEYMOUR was devastating in strength and purity. Still a new theatre, we are lucky to have the intimate Boiler Room available. It delivers.
Pros: location, talent, inexpensive
