I wrote the original Citysearch review, and revisited last night to see how the place is faring after some personnel changes. It's like settling back in an easy chair. You're so well looked-after and fed such amazing food that it feels like it ought to be illegal. The wild mushrooms appetizer is a blast of buttery flavors; the vegetable strata is a virtuoso construction of chef Tonya Mahar, who ought to have her own TV show. And the Canadian bison could steer you away from beef once and for all. Dining doesn't get much better.
