Having worked as a waiter & maitre d' for Jean Pierre Tardy, former executive chef & Bucks County chef/restauranteur, I would compare this young American couple's Django creations to the best that any European chefs can muster. Dishes were beautifully seasoned, cooked to perfection and full of creativity. The menu is well-balanced with plenty of variety & nothing is too heavy or gastronomically clumsy. Local ingredients a la slow food movements is not only good for your palate, but good for the environment, local growers and your wallet surprisingly!!
