About 15 years ago, the Hilltop was a great choice for ra easonably priced, quality steak. Over the years, the quality of the food has diminished. Depending on when you arrive, you may be seated right away, or you may have to wait (standing, in a long line, like cattle) for a table. Also, the service is incosistant. This is an okay place to bring mom, dad, the kids, grandma, grandpa, or Aunt Tilly for an average meal. It is not a good a good place to go when you want to impress someone or when you want a really good, classy, relaxed dining experience.
Pros: Reasonable prices, Plenty of parking, Butcher shop
Cons: Food is average, Too many kids, Service is average
