The place in Oshkosh where the musicians, artists, stoners and anyone else looking for a good place to meet people and be able to hear them across from you. This place, after going to a couple times, gives you a sense that you are at Cheers in Boston and you are Norm at the end of the bar. I would rate this the best place in Oshkosh to have a few drinks, meet friendly people and have a good time.
