When I attended the spa, it was so loud. There was no luxury involved. I could hear kids running down the hall. The Pointe does have its niche, which is beautiful I must admit, but for the other rooms that I have been in for massages, it could have used some sound proofing. Some of the rooms are connected to the locker rooms; which can be a good thing, but I did not want to hear outside conversations. I am unsure if things have changed, but I took my business elsewhere since I was unsatisfied.
Pros: Nice rooms, great massage therapy, nice staff
Cons: loud, within a gym
