I have dined at T-Cooks around 4-5 times and I have never enjoy meals like I do when I am at the Royal Palms. Strong effort to exceed customers expaectations is evident from the setting, to the service and there is not one item on the menu that doesn't melt in your mouth. Of course, I am priveledged enough to have connections inside the Royal Palms, but this does not give me a biased opinion. Your rating T-Cooks as the #1 restaurant is Phoenix is 100% accurate.
