We waited 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 minutes to be greeted by staff. We waited 1 1/2 hours for our entrees to be served, and even then our entrees were cold. Never once did the staff offer an explanation or apology. As we sat and watched management gushing apologies to the larger tables, we wondered why no one still had not come to our table. The larger parties had much to drink and were yelling profanities at other tables. The staff did nothing to suppress this, and they continued bringing drinks to the tables. After paying our bill for over $250 for five of us, we left feeling like we wasted a large amount of our vacation time and money. I don't recommend it to anyone going to New Orleans, especially those with children. There are many other restaurants with more reasonable prices and excellent service.
