The Hill Top Steak House used to be the place to go for steak in the greater Boston area. In the early eighties the service was great, the food was great, and you got good value for your dollar; The lines were out the door, but the anticipation of the food and dining experience was worth the wait! What happened? The past few times I have gone to the Hill Top the wait was still long, but the payoff fell short! The service was barely there, the food was overpriced as well as of poor quality. When you go out to dinner with six people, five of the six people should not have some kind of complaint with the food! Where did the ""old"" Hill Top, that we all knew and loved, go?
