Generally good place to do business, however they are not well versed in how to do a nice, good business with customers. They have tried to emulate a good Cadillac experiece but still have some of that "churn em and burn em" attitude. In other words if they dont get it fixed right the first time they might get it right by the fourth try. The service manager has a chip on his shoulder, the inside people are generqlly very nice but this business of a blank stare when you ask questions is just plain arrogance!
