Precision Glass And Windshields

I have 2 cadillacs, and every time I've taken them to Covert for warranty service, they have been great! I never get the run-around, they always treat me with respect, and they perform the repairs in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about their service department, especially Adam (my service writer). He patiently listens to my issues, takes my opinion on what I thik the problem is and how to resolve it, and follows up with me promptly. I am kept up to date with the progress of the repairs each step of the way with a phone call. I was concerned about the service I would receive from them, based on past experiences with other dealerships (Nissan in particular), but Covert has shattered my stereotypical opinion that all dealerships are the same. more

Generally good place to do business, however they are not well versed in how to do a nice, good business with customers. They have tried to emulate a good Cadillac experiece but still have some of that "churn em and burn em" attitude. In other words if they dont get it fixed right the first time they might get it right by the fourth try. The service manager has a chip on his shoulder, the inside people are generqlly very nice but this business of a blank stare when you ask questions is just plain arrogance! more
