Sales staff was extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in leasing. Our salesman made us feel at home and were the only thing important to him. he also explained the functions of each car we reviewed.
The finance director was also extremely friendly, professional and did everything to make the BMW priced, so we could take it home. We will always shop at BMW of Arlington.
