Had to wait 4 hours for a simple oil change, I wish they would have told me I had to wait four hours when dropping it off, rather than wait I could have come back at a later time. more

I bought my BMW into Alexandria BMW for service and was provided a loaner car even though it was just for basic maintenance. I was planning on waiting but due to getting a free BMW loaner (of my choice!), I decided to take the BMW X3 since the forecast was calling for light snow. This was my first visit and I am very impressed with their huge facility and customer service. more

Since the last time I went to BMW of Arlington they are now in a new location and new building under new management. since the moved to Alexandria bought out by the Rosenthal dealer chain its a whole new feel and experience. the service department is absolutely top notch. They really do a great job and throw in free vacuuming and top off fluids sometimes. I m really excited that i finally get to take my car to a place that really appreciates these beautiful vehicles. And treats them with luxury, its like taking your car to a "car spa". more

Dena Van, the Service Rep is a RIP OFF!!!. She overcharged for services. The Thermostat for a 2003 BMW Costs $56.00. They were charging me over $850.00 to put this in. She is a SNAKE. I called the manager. He reduced it by only $150.00. When I called her. She was very Rude and Short because I got a discount. DON'T USE HER OR THE DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICES. My advice is go find out what they say the car needs and go online an purchase the part yourself. Many places online to get the parts needed, and them have someone else other than that dealership work on your car. more

I went to BMW of Arlington to get a second opinion regarding some costly repairs on my X5. They not only gave me a lower price quote, but during the process Steve and the technician discovered I didn't need some of the work that was recommended by the last dealership. I appreciate the fact they wanted to get it right, and was honest with me. more

Loyal 10 year Customer Finally Had Enough 7/21/2010

My most recent purchase of a new car from BMW of Arlington was HORRENDOUS! The car had issues from before we even drove off the lot, their attempts to fix them created more issues and for the first 24 days we owned the car, they had it for 21 of them. We are still trying to make the car right after six long weeks and throughout this ordeal the dealership has been the singular worst business I have ever had to deal with. I should add that the decision to file this complaint was not arrived at easily. I have worked with this dealership and this client advisor for over ten years, having purchased myself 6 cars there in ten years and having personally helped or arranged for the sale of over ten other cars for closer friends and colleagues. I believed and trusted their words on the date of the sale that they would make this situation right and believed in that until I picked the car back up on July 1. This is when I started to realize they were not being honest and were being downright deceitful. more

The BMW of arlignton experience was excellent. I starting casually looking for a new car on a Sunday. After 2 days of shopping around, I was back with the best salesman, Kip, and going home in a new 325i! Great service and people! Highly recommended! more

Their Internet deptartment at BMW of Arlington is great! Fast response times and they were actually personal emails sent to me rather than just a bunch of auto-generated templates that a lot of dealers seem to use. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car! Even if you are just looking for info the best place would be here!! more

The website was very easy to navigate threw, found a bunch of cars in my price range. Salesman on the phone very helpful, found the car i was looking for and made the deal very sweet and enticing. Bmw of Arlington is very organized and classy. more

Great customer service and fantastic shiny cars decorate the whole parking lot. The showroom looks like those bakeries you see in the movies that sets your mouth watering. I was in heaven the whole time and at the end I got to eat my cake too. more

The car we wanted 5/27/2009

Sales staff was extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in leasing. Our salesman made us feel at home and were the only thing important to him. he also explained the functions of each car we reviewed. The finance director was also extremely friendly, professional and did everything to make the BMW priced, so we could take it home. We will always shop at BMW of Arlington. more

Fantastic place 4/16/2009

I purchased a MINI Cooper from Bmw Of Arlington about a year ago and have had a terrific experience with both the purchase and all services. They actually look through the vehicle with a more intense eye than I ever have and make repairs (all under warranty) without me even mentioning any of it. I love that car and love this dealership. If only there were none of those pesky payments..... more

I was looking to purchase a BMW a few months ago and thought of this dealership first since I lived next door. My father and I both went on separate occasions, and both times we were both pretty much snubbed. The sales associates weren't at all concerned with helping us, they just seemed more concerned with being snobby. Add to that the fact that their inventory is tiny, so there is no need to go here. Take your money elsewhere like we did - see my review on BMW of Fairfax. (I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because my roomate had her car serviced by them a few times and found them to be ok). more
