I went online to their website and read about their warranties. I was having trouble deciding what company to go with for my new air conditioning system. I went with Empire even though they were not the lowest price company, I made the right decision. we had a problem about a week after the installation. It turns out that the motor gave out in my furnace. I called on a Friday night and they couldn't get out to my home until monday at 8am. I said yes. they came out and at the door handed me a check for $250. they call it their No Frustration Guarantee and apologized for not being able to come out on Saturday. I gave them the check back and they ended up changing out my motor for Free. They said that was part of their Home Comfort Guarantee. Service well beyond anything I was expecting.
