They came out and installed a dishwasher to replace our old unit, and did a competent and professional, if undistinguished, job. What really set them apart was the speed with which they repaired something that wasn't really their fault--I closed the door too hard and slightly twisted the unit, causing it to not close properly. Even though I had caused the problem, they were back early the next morning to fix it for free.
