After Returning to pick up my car for the second time, the car still was not repaired (my engineer friend noticed the major engine problem). The manager 'Bob' was rude to me and the friend who gave me a ride there. Bob Insisted that the problem with the car (this time) was not due to work by his shop, but by work done by a shop he has sent the car to!!!! He therefore insisted that I take the car back to the shop he had taken the car to and have the work coordinated myself. That shop said that the car was not save to drive without repairs..... something doesn't add up - either he lied to me, or they were completely unable to safely and responsibly repair my car. I am just lucky that my friend was able to notice the problem - else I would have been stranded somewhere in the winter.
