Upon searching for a salon I called Riviera. There were no stylists working on Monday so I left a message with my name and number. The next day (when I was promised a returned call), came and went so I stopped by the salon to make an appointment in person. Again, my name and number were taken and AGAIN (when promised a returned call), I never received one. I will not return to this establishment nor will I recommend it to others. Hopefully, someone else will have better luck. I was a sure customer and am disappointed by the lack of customer service.
