Disappointed 2/24/2009

Upon searching for a salon I called Riviera. There were no stylists working on Monday so I left a message with my name and number. The next day (when I was promised a returned call), came and went so I stopped by the salon to make an appointment in person. Again, my name and number were taken and AGAIN (when promised a returned call), I never received one. I will not return to this establishment nor will I recommend it to others. Hopefully, someone else will have better luck. I was a sure customer and am disappointed by the lack of customer service. more

After searching long and hard I found a Hair Stylist 7/26/2005

After moving to NC my search for a local Hair Stylist didn't go well until I called Riviera and set up an appointment with Jennifer. I have never had a better experience with a Hair Stylist in my life. I walked out with a wonderful haircut and felt as though I had just spent the past hour catching up with a long lost friend. The atmosphere is Riviera is fun, it's not a stuffy salon. The big plus for me is that not only can you get your hair done here, you can also tan, and try out their own line of makeup (it's really good I've been using it for a few weeks now). more
