Same story as everyone else. So far 3 appts no call/no show. DirectTV apologizing,offering credits. They hide behind the answering machines and automatic call forwards back to DirectTV. The worst of the worst I have ever experienced in 50 years. Will be staying with DISH, and cxl'ing my 2nd acct at another residence. Refuse to reward ANY company with my business who does not care about their own.
