Overpriced, overcooked, flavorless Indian cuisine is about as kind as I could be about the establishment. My last meal here consisted of Papadoms (they're not provided complimentary, and at $2.50 for 3 were burnt to a crisp), Keema Paratha that was also burnt and not stuffed with any lamb. Chicken Tikka was very bland, as was the very low-grade basmati rice that was served with pasty flavor, no spices and topped with 7 peas that looked awkward. My lamb entree was almost $20 for 2 oz of overcooked mutton that lacked proper seasoning and was smothered in a gloppy sauce taken straight from a tin. And all of this was served without plates, which the service eventually realized -- not good. Service over time has become as inferior as the food which has gone up in price, perhaps capitalizing on Priya's role as one of only a handful of Indian restaurants in the surrounding area. If you're seeking proper Indian cuisine, Priya doesn't pass muster. A 30 minute drive south into New Jersey would be well worth the investment, but Priya is past its prime and in need of good competition.
