This hobby shop is probably the worst in Southern California in regards to customer service. When you call, they act like you are bothering them. You can stand in the store and no one will help you AT ALL. If you ask for help they will clearly show their negative disposition. Furthermore, when I brought up the bad service, they gave me even more of an attitude. I visited this store twice, and both times it has been the same story.
I live in West Covina and I was looking for a hobby shop where I could spend my hard earned cash at. They did everything they could to make me resent them.
I don't think they realize that in an industry that is hobby/recreation related the product they are actually selling is the service not the cars. I can get a car or related parts from anywhere, but what makes me come back is the service. This place lacks any sense of service and I will tell everyone I know not to shop at Ultimate Hobbies.
