Initial interview with Jason Clifford led me to use this company to manage my rental house. Leased it to a person who DIDN'T adhere to lease!! His dealing with this renter was weak: shorted my rent receipts to cover renter's repeated delinquencies, poor move out checking left $$$ owed by renter which they tried to coerce from me, sloppy bookkeeping always left status of account in doubt, his answers to my questions always at odds with his actions. I paid to have MANAGEMENT not an incompetent bookkeeper!
