SJC was nothing but a nightmare for me and my family. I wish this so called "management" company had never entered my life. I will be paying for it for years to come. Repairs if made at all, were merely a band-aid until they needed to be repaired again. Horrible person to person contact. At least pretend to be happy about a potential client. The only thing Jason manages, is the money that he pockets! more

Great to Rent from 9/13/2011

I am currently renting a home managed by SJC and it is great! When I moved in the walls were freshly painted and the carpet cleaned professionally. They were very kind and worked with my family and I and let us move in on the weekend before the 1st (since it fell on a Tuesday and my husband and I work during the week). Thank you SJC for all of your kindness! more

There have been many management companies that I have trusted my home to but never one I was happy with until SJC came along. They are a cut above because they pay attention to their job and do it in a professional manner. Communication and results are the only things I have ever been interested in ad I have found them here. more

POOR Accounting practices and lame management 12/15/2008

Initial interview with Jason Clifford led me to use this company to manage my rental house. Leased it to a person who DIDN'T adhere to lease!! His dealing with this renter was weak: shorted my rent receipts to cover renter's repeated delinquencies, poor move out checking left $$$ owed by renter which they tried to coerce from me, sloppy bookkeeping always left status of account in doubt, his answers to my questions always at odds with his actions. I paid to have MANAGEMENT not an incompetent bookkeeper! more
