These people have been to my house to fix several appliances over the last 5 years. NONE of them work properly to this day. They charged me $ 500 to fix a microwave (ridiculous, I know, but the original unit cost $ 3200). Come to find out, they put in a damaged part, and charged me for parts that should have been covered by warranty. I have contacted (or attempted to contact) Donna Deegan about 10 times to get this resolved, but she continues to blow it off. I am stuck with taxking them to court.
