They were pretty much the only appliance repair company contracted with large corporations a while back. They are way understaffed and lie about replacing a product. They'll say it got damaged in delivery, etc. They take on more work than they have manpower for. Really screws the customer. more

Improvements: I know it is impossible to have all parts for all appliances, maybe more stock on foreign models.. Other: I will use them again and recommend them to others.. more

Horrible!! 12/8/2008

These people have been to my house to fix several appliances over the last 5 years. NONE of them work properly to this day. They charged me $ 500 to fix a microwave (ridiculous, I know, but the original unit cost $ 3200). Come to find out, they put in a damaged part, and charged me for parts that should have been covered by warranty. I have contacted (or attempted to contact) Donna Deegan about 10 times to get this resolved, but she continues to blow it off. I am stuck with taxking them to court. more

I don’t know why I keep letting my family get involved with me and Eric’s stuff, but once again my nephew Tom broke my microwave. So Uncle Drew had to go out and purchase a new one. I ended going to a wonderful little appliance shop and found a used microwave that works beautifully. more
