Horrible customer relations here. Dom, an employee at Phillies tells me I am crazy when I tell him a pizza he sent me was cold, told me pizza is ment to be eaten room temp anyway. When I ask him to talk to his manager, Tony, he tells me Tony is to busy in office to talk to me but I could drive over and speak with him. This place is a joke, where did they learn customer relations, from the Mob!
