good pizza, nasty attitude 9/2/2009

The pizza here is alright. The only problem this place has is the attitude the workers give to customers. One of the guys there actually had the nerve of telling me to "go pay" in a disgusting manner when my pizza was still in the oven. As if I was going to leave without paying, I told them to keep it and walked out :) . more

HORRIBLE Customer service 10/27/2008

Horrible customer relations here. Dom, an employee at Phillies tells me I am crazy when I tell him a pizza he sent me was cold, told me pizza is ment to be eaten room temp anyway. When I ask him to talk to his manager, Tony, he tells me Tony is to busy in office to talk to me but I could drive over and speak with him. This place is a joke, where did they learn customer relations, from the Mob! more

Best Italian restaurant/ pizza in Queens 8/27/2008

I can't say enough about Phillies their pizza is great - I prefer the grandma slice but all are great- their entrees remarkable and their new wraps are fantastic; try the chicken,mozzarella & roasted peppers wrap its very good as well as large. Delivery is fast but you might want to try the ambiance in the back room it's like the City's fine dining. more

Phillie’s is a relatively new pizza joint in comparison to old favorites like Rosa’s, but still offers great regular and specialty pizza. In addition to delicious regular, Sicilian, salad, chicken and tomato and other slices, there is a small dining room in the back for sit-down meals, from which patrons can choose from a menu of delicious home-made Italian dishes and very reasonable prices. Try one of the delicious chicken or eggplant rolls, or one of the great chicken sandwiches with roasted peppers and mozzarella cheese on crispy bread. more
