I called them because our disposal quit working. Then sent a guy out and he asked it I tried pushing the reset button. I said, "huh?". He pushed it, then said "that'll be $75". Boy did I feel dumb. I felt taken, because they could have easily asked that on the phone. My mistake for being so ignorant.
