I called them because our disposal quit working. Then sent a guy out and he asked it I tried pushing the reset button. I said, "huh?". He pushed it, then said "that'll be $75". Boy did I feel dumb. I felt taken, because they could have easily asked that on the phone. My mistake for being so ignorant. more

More Than An Appliance Store 8/20/2005

We've bought almost all our home appliances from Elders Electric in Grandville. I don't like the pressured, bland and rehearsed speech one gets at large chain appliance stores and that is just what you don't get from Elders. This is a well stocked business that is big enough to carry many brands yet small enough to give you the attention you deserve. That extra touch goes a long ways. more
