Pablo explained the issues with my Cayenne GTS and helped me to determine the best resolution for my car that saved me thousands of dollars and got everything repaired with OME parts. I had damaged a one of my A-Arm, a couple of rims and tires and numerous other parts that I foolishly was going to pay for out of pocket. Pablo walked me through the needed repairs, part by part. Pablo offered me a loaner car and agreed to allow me to file an insurance claim that, as it turns out, completely covered the repairs.
