Porsche Blue Grass Motorsport is one of the best dealerships we have ever worked with. The entire staff, including our sales rep. Jeremy and our service rep. Gavin are super friendly, efficient, honest and informative. Clearly, everyone who works at Blue Grass take pride in what they do and provide excellent top-notch customer service. We always feel welcome and very special walking in the door being greeted by everyone, especially Bianca, who is lovely and is very passionate about customer care and the brand of Porsche. Blue Grass Motorsport is simply a great bunch of people you can rely on for all your Porsche related needs! more

Service on my GT3-RS 11/18/2024

Everything went smoothly. Gavin got my registered. The Tech, Christain videoed my car and sent it to me. I understood everything fine. After completion I got a follow up call a couple days later. Everything fine. I trust this dealership! more

recent visit 8/30/2023

as former auditor, i can't quit observing,analyzing,assessing...prone to "knit-picking", but i can;t find fault with any of your operations. dealership went extra mile allowing me to pick up car sunday, i was enroute to 50th class reunion that weekend and it made it very easy. looking forward to servicing car there in future.,everyone was pleasant and accomodating, especially the patience of Pablo..Next year, coolant flush.and spend more time in the showroom.mmm mmm more

Great Porsche Service Department 6/9/2023

Pablo explained the issues with my Cayenne GTS and helped me to determine the best resolution for my car that saved me thousands of dollars and got everything repaired with OME parts. I had damaged a one of my A-Arm, a couple of rims and tires and numerous other parts that I foolishly was going to pay for out of pocket. Pablo walked me through the needed repairs, part by part. Pablo offered me a loaner car and agreed to allow me to file an insurance claim that, as it turns out, completely covered the repairs. If not for Pablo's level head, I would have paid the cost without pocket. Thank you, Pablo, and Bluegrass Porsche. It's always a pleasure dealing with the great people at Bluegrasss. more
