I had a great experience with Globe Home Protection this week! My furnace stopped working and it's still cold here in Illinois. I called in my claim and they sent out a nice young man that was very knowledgeable. He needed parts and was able to make it back the next morning. He worked on that thing for almost two hours and was able to get me back up and running. They were easy to work with and all I paid was my $75 claim fee. The work was professional and I know I saved a pretty penny. I am very pleased with the service so far!
