Globe replaced my refrigerator. 5/23/2022

I called in last week and let them know my refrigerator stopped working. I lost all of my food. They sent out a company that said there was no repairing it. Oil had leaked out and it was dead. They gave me an amount they would pay and I went shopping. I wanted to pick one out instead of leaving it up to them. They covered most of the new refrigerator cost so it worked out fine. This service was very helpful and is worth having. more

So my water heater started leaking a little last week. Luckily it was still heating the water but the leak was only going to get worse. I called it in to Globe Home Protection and they sent out a guy that condemned it. It had to be replaced. The contractor and Globe worked efficiently to get it done. Globe ordered a water heater from Home Depot and the contractor went and picked it up. They were able to get a new one in that afternoon. Awesome service and they saved me having to pay and deal with the whole issue. more

Great Job Globe! 4/25/2022

I had a great experience with Globe Home Protection this week! My furnace stopped working and it's still cold here in Illinois. I called in my claim and they sent out a nice young man that was very knowledgeable. He needed parts and was able to make it back the next morning. He worked on that thing for almost two hours and was able to get me back up and running. They were easy to work with and all I paid was my $75 claim fee. The work was professional and I know I saved a pretty penny. I am very pleased with the service so far! more
