Refuse to accept payment and then send members to third party collection agencies after failing to correspond or follow through on issues. Take care of Board Member request but ignore everyone else with the exception of retribution for any critique or community safety or service concern. Use Covid as a playing card to excuse incompetence and facilitate age and etnic discrimination against families. Again, run from them!
