Review content:
Most inept management company imaginable. Poorly advise HOAs to attack home owners with tactics of delay, denial, and plausibility of deniability for their missmangement, misinformation and out-right lies. Refuse to accept payment and then send members to third party collection agencies after failing to correspond or follow through on issues. Take care of Board Member request but ignore everyone else with the exception of retribution for any critique or community safety or service concern. Use Covid as a playing card to excuse incompetence and facilitate age and etnic discrimination against families. Again, run from them!
