If you like the idea of Soviet-style healthcare, this is the place for you. I encountered rude, incompetent staff and, despite multiple attempts, was never able schedule post-procedural care with the physician to resolve a problem caused by his poorly trained nurses. I did see some positive reviews which is why I opted to see this doctor in the first place. However, based on my own experience, he was in a rush to get to the next patient and did not follow what I now know is the standard practice of care for my condition. As a result, the outcome has been fairly poor and the cosmetic results are nothing short of terrible. Needless to say, I'll be directing the folks I care about to a different practice.
