If you like the idea of Soviet-style healthcare, this is the place for you. I encountered rude, incompetent staff and, despite multiple attempts, was never able schedule post-procedural care with the physician to resolve a problem caused by his poorly trained nurses. I did see some positive reviews which is why I opted to see this doctor in the first place. However, based on my own experience, he was in a rush to get to the next patient and did not follow what I now know is the standard practice of care for my condition. As a result, the outcome has been fairly poor and the cosmetic results are nothing short of terrible. Needless to say, I'll be directing the folks I care about to a different practice. more

I showed up for my appointment today only to be told it was cancelled. They said they tried to call me ONE time 4 days prior but my voice mail was full and they could not leave a message. They did not try again or try email. However, I received 7 appointment reminders/confirmation requests in the days up to my appointment right up to the afternoon of my appointment. I confirmed each time. The office manager (who was not wearing a mask until she came to the window to talk to me despite their own mandatory mask rule) told me it was not their fault that I got all the confirmation emails and texts because a separate company does those and they have no control over them. I skipped right over being a new patient to being a never patient. They were not friendly at all. They need to take a good look at their system and how they cancel appointments, because what they are doing now is really bad. more

I went into the Norcross office with Dr. Murad. Long story short... She ensured me of how it will be billed. when I get the bill it is COMPLETELY different!! I would never have accepted the treatment (it was optional) if I knew it was billed the way it was. Awful. Do not go there. You will wait FOREVER for a SCHEDULED appt. only to be embarrassed or lied to. more

I have never been thrilled with the doctors at this office but it's close to my house and good enough. The magazine selection has much to be desired and I have found the staff to be very hit or miss. Some are extremely pleasant and some do not need to be working with the public. I have seen most of the doctors and felt they listened to you but were on the try and wait approach which isn't good when you're trying to end adult breakouts! I also have moles examined and they are very intent and do a good job. more
