Absolutely Zero professionalism or consistency from the "Nurse" when calling in regard to a loved one at this facility. Last night when I called regarding a loved one, there were Zero qualms with discussing that loved one with their Nurse. Today when I call, I need to be put on their List to even inform the "Nurse" of concerns pertaining to that loved one. Once put on that list, when addressing concerns with the "Nurse" she hangs up on me? Zero professionalsim. 4.2 rating on their website too? Yeah right. With employees like that? Give me a break. Take your money elsewhere. The place is a joke.
