Zero professionalism from Nurse 5/19/2021

Absolutely Zero professionalism or consistency from the "Nurse" when calling in regard to a loved one at this facility. Last night when I called regarding a loved one, there were Zero qualms with discussing that loved one with their Nurse. Today when I call, I need to be put on their List to even inform the "Nurse" of concerns pertaining to that loved one. Once put on that list, when addressing concerns with the "Nurse" she hangs up on me? Zero professionalsim. 4.2 rating on their website too? Yeah right. With employees like that? Give me a break. Take your money elsewhere. The place is a joke. more

Affordable Healthcare 5/4/2019

I am on Medicare & was discharged from services at Martin Memorial Health System in Tradition,FL from hospital services and all associated physicians for being unable to afford the copay, they were paid tens of thousands & not enough. Not for profit joke let’s see who cares ? Cc: twitter more

The doctor was crazy! 8/17/2005

When I was on my parents' health plan I had to visit Dr. Ben Glaspey here at Martin Memorial. I suffered a knee injury running cross country at school and went there for help. Instead of perhaps starting at the more common problems, Dr. Glaspey hypothesized that I might suffer from rheumatoid arthritis! He sent me on to a specialist who wanted me to do strange "rehabilitating" exercises. Eventually I got fed up and went somewhere off of my health plan for a second opinion. My tibias are bow-shaped, causing pressure on my knees from running, which was set off from stepping in a hole during a run. It took one visit to figure that out. This wasn't the only case where the doctor started with the least common ailment and moved back towards the common cold. Don't waste your time and co-pays here. more
