Negative 5 rating if it was possible. Results were non-existent, customer service was horrible, and the technicians were clueless. Apparently they hire anyone who is willing to run a machine or answer a phone, regardless of having any knowledge of the service they are providing. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I understand why they do not put their company name on the flag they stick in the grass indicating that the lawn was just treated. They obviously don't want to advertise the lack of results.
