So many people referred me to Audiology Services when we would discuss hearing aids that I made an appointment a year ago and have been receiving the finest and friendliest service. As my ear shapes have not been easy to fit, Jill Rosenberg welcomed me time and again to fit aids to my ears, to teach/show me how to use the aids, clean them, insert them etc and when I had a problem based on personal anatomy, twice different molds were made with no extra charge to accommodate my ears. Now after a year, I am so happy to hear really well and find comfort in the Phonak aids with no problems. Sometimes it requires patience and time, but Audiology Services provides both. I truly am happy with the hearing aids --if one has to wear them this is the place to go.
