The office was easy to work with about referrals, billing and scheduling. Dr. Raposo-Sacks is knowledgeable, deft, clear, and anticipated my questions and needs. When a cancellation opened, they fit me is so I could get my devices fitted earlier than anticipated. Excellent follow-ups and adjustments! I am completely satisfied and would recommend Dr. Raposo-Sacks and Audiology Svcs to anyone. more

So many people referred me to Audiology Services when we would discuss hearing aids that I made an appointment a year ago and have been receiving the finest and friendliest service. As my ear shapes have not been easy to fit, Jill Rosenberg welcomed me time and again to fit aids to my ears, to teach/show me how to use the aids, clean them, insert them etc and when I had a problem based on personal anatomy, twice different molds were made with no extra charge to accommodate my ears. Now after a year, I am so happy to hear really well and find comfort in the Phonak aids with no problems. Sometimes it requires patience and time, but Audiology Services provides both. I truly am happy with the hearing aids --if one has to wear them this is the place to go. more

Very pleasant and efficient office. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. I had a comprehensive hearing test, and within 10 days had my hearing aide. I had several check in appointments to make sure it was working to my satisfaction. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. more

It would have been more appropriate to have been offered an array of hearing aid possibilities on the first visit, rather than a judgement made that someone else could decide what I wanted. It would have been more correct also to discuss the total payment then including the fee for subsequent visits. In other words, it is difficult to trust the office despite the front desk being particularly pleasant and helpful. The behavior of the Phonak company in repeatedly reusing materials that are not appropriate for new appliances seems to have been long standing and is offensive. If that happens the office should note exactly which items are irrelevant. more

Highest ratings for Dr. Gayle Nye and his team. Every step of the experience, from appointment courtesy, f/up, reminders, professionalism in the office could not be better. Chiefly, the stellar intellectual and professional presentation of Dr. Nye was top quality. He is patient, welcomes all questions, acknowledges adjustment period and invites any and all questions/ concerns as I adjust. He has his team have made an otherwise anxiety provoking experience unbelievably stress free. I compliment Dr. Nye for setting a tone of knowledge, concern for my improvement in hearing, and patience, with the success of my work with him. Wish he were responsible for so many more health needs as I recommend him to everyone. more

I find Dr. Ney very able to get my hearing up to snuff with hearing aids. He is also very accommodating. Connecting and controlling with my cell phone seems to work very well with Dr. Ney's tutelage. more
