Matt and Nick fixed a difficult chandelier problem. All City had inspected it previously and needed to order parts and this was the final fix once the parts came in. Professional, courteous and respectful of the house. No complaints about All City, just annoyed that chandelier drop/winch mechanisms can be so difficult to work with.
