Excellent Service 1/5/2022

Joe B. has been to my house twice recently, to repair 2 separate problems. Both times he has been professional, courteous and efficient in making repairs. I have been a customer of All City Electrical for over 5 years and have used them for installing and servicing a whole house generator to correcting problems in the breaker box. Their response time is good, their work excellent and competitive in price. more

Courteous and professional service 12/19/2021

Matt at All City Electrical was one of the electricians who upgraded my electrical service and installed a charger for my wife's electric car, as well as two outlets and a light fixture. The job took two full days. The service was excellent and the results exceeded my expectations. Matt took the time to answer all my questions and was very personable. I would definitely recommend All City Electrical. They got the job done on schedule and the prices are competitive. more

On 11/18/21, Ralph and Edgar from All City Electrical installed a new phone jack and ran a line to the outside box. They were quick and efficient and left the house spotless. Give these guys a bonus! more

Great Prompt Service 9/16/2021

I called to inquire about service. Michael V. called back, was informative and up front regarding any fees. He was able to squeeze me in for that day. Robert and Edgar arrived, both were very respectful, patient, knowledgeable and nice. They were prompt and gave me a call in advance before arrival. They assessed the lighting problem in our home. Eureka, we now have lights!!!! Thank you Robert, Edgar and Michael. Also note, I didn't catch her name but the woman who initially took my call was also very nice and helpful. Great customer service at every level with this company. I will definitely refer them to others and use them again. So pleased with the service that I have already discussed future projects. Robert and Edgar were up and down my stairs working to get the issue resolved and it took them less than 2 hours!!! Thank you TEAM! more

I had a problem with water leaking from the roof onto a ceiling fan. They sent a technician out and removed the fan. The came the same day I called. Great service! more

Prompt, professional, and fairly priced 7/7/2021

Jake and Edgar did a great job upgrading our ~100-year-old home from 100 amp to 200 amp service, adding a car charger port, external outlet, adding GFIs, and fixing lots of odds and ends around the home. They took the time to explain potential issues I might encounter with the current setup, and made some pragmatic recommendations for future work. Jake even gave me a call during his weekend off to address an issue I noticed with a GFI. The pricing was very competitive, too, especially with promotions/discounts (but fair warning: plan to pick one deal, as All City does not bundle credits, discounts, and other offers together). more

Rob changed a outlet conversion from and old air conditioner outlet and also updated the circuit breaker. Was very professional upon arrival and courteous. He wore foot covers and followed proper covid protocol. He also cleaned his area after he completed the job. Thank you Rob! more

Excellent service 6/8/2021

Rob was fantastic to work with and did an amazing job. We had a new security camera that needed to be installed and some old outdoor lighting removed. However, we actually bought the wrong security camera which Rob quickly realized and flagged to us. Rather than simply reschedule for a different day, Rob offered to go to another job and then return afterwards, giving me the time I needed to go out and purchase the correct camera. When Rob came back, he did an amazing job installing everything and helped me setup the camera to my particular needs. Everything about my experience was excellent. more

Rob arrived on time and went right to work. He had the old fan down and the new one assembled and mounted in less than an hour. He cleaned up and left everything the way he found them. All in all, a very professional and friendly job. We'll always be All City Electrical customers. more
