Jared was on time and personable. He worked with me to troubleshoot my issue but was not able to identify the cause. He did make a couple of recommendations.
My concern with Jared was that the COVID-19 mask he brought was only a bandanna which fell from his nose and mouth frequently. Better protection from the virus is important.
