In this world of COVID clumsiness, the clinic was concise with their instructions. The testing itself was done carefully, and Dr. Mawson spent plenty of time explaining both what was going to happen, and after the test, what she had learned. Talking about hearing loss is a sensitive subject, and the doctor was both clear and compassionate in her communication. After decades without a hearing test, this one was a breeze...and kinda fascinating!
