Thorough and Thoughtful 7/10/2020

In this world of COVID clumsiness, the clinic was concise with their instructions. The testing itself was done carefully, and Dr. Mawson spent plenty of time explaining both what was going to happen, and after the test, what she had learned. Talking about hearing loss is a sensitive subject, and the doctor was both clear and compassionate in her communication. After decades without a hearing test, this one was a breeze...and kinda fascinating! more

Wonderful clinic and staff 7/5/2019

Pacific Audiology is a dream team. They listen, customize your hearing aid experience, spend time explaining your hearing loss and how to maximize use of your aids. Usually, I arrive a bit early and they take me in right away. They also bill insurance directly without prepayment. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough!! more

Your ears will thank you 6/26/2019

I met with Dr. ????????????????????????????????Weinzimer today and I could have been more impressed. I received expert care while learning a great about my hearing. I’m looking forward to getting my musician’s and sleep earplugs. Pacific Audiology completely rocks! more

Great Place to get Hearing aid work done 6/16/2019

I have ALWAYS had excellent assistance at all the offices and with all the staff. I REALLY appreciate the fact that since Melissa left that i have been able to see the doctors directly. I have had questions able things that I have experience with my hearing and with the hearing aids and I have gotten the answers that are straight forward and open. I find that the doctors are open to discussions and questions rather than the specialist that I saw with my former medical plan. That individual was of the mind set "that I am the doctor, you ask no question, you will follow my orders and Be gone with you" That does not happen here. So KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Pacific Audiology Clinic. more
